Payment Policy

• Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
• Payment will be listed as Explorertour in the credit card statement.
• Payment & Condition:
  1. All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.
  2. All tours payment must be online pre-paid at the time of order by credit card(American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover).
  3. If we are unable to obtain authorization with the credit card you submitted, you will then be notified by the system.
  4. Hours of tour is approximate.
  5. All availability will be confirmed to you within 48 hours of your order.

E-Voucher Policy

1. Online order  We will send you an E-Voucher via email within 48 hours.
2. E-voucher  Please print and bring it on the date of the tour E-voucher for each order segment will be provided.
3. By all means  All customers are asked to reconfirm your tour by calling the telephone number provided on the e-mail. Confirm upon arrival at your hotel and if you have forgotten it: We can not pick you up for tour. Call Explorertour immediately.
4. Your e-mail confirmation will provide you with all of the information you need regarding the pickup time and location. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in the correct pickup location at the correct time.
5. In all order arrangement, the person making the order shall be deemed to have accepted the order conditions on behalf of the persons named in the order. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Explorertour policy. No variation to these Explorertour Policies shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Explorertour.

Cancellation Policy

• We charge 100% of total price for cancellation made within 48 hours of every tour date and no-shows on the day of the tour.
• Cancellations must be made via email if you are from Vancouver. cancellations can be sent to cancellations@explorertour.com or info@explorertour.com.
  
• Cancellation form include the following:

  1. Full name(the name of the tour that was ordered)
  2. On-line ordered the tour title
  3. The date of tour schedule
  4. The date of credit card transaction
  5. Amount of the transaction
  6. Your e-mail address
  7. Your phone number (a explanation of the reason for the credit/cancellation request

Cancellation Charges

Cancelling an order with Explorertour may result in cancellation fees being applied.

Day Tour

• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price will still be charged to your card. Non-negotiable.
• Cancellation 48 hours or more before departure: $10 per person, non negotiable, non refundable processing fee. 

• Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price will still be charged to your card. Non-negotiable.
• Cancellation 72 hours or more before departure: %30 of the tour price per person, non negotiable, non refundable processing fee.

• 2  weeks or less before departure: 100% of the tour price will still be charged to your card.
• Cancellation 2 weeks or more before departure: 30% of the tour price per person, non negotiable, non refundable processing fee.

Responsibility

• Tour may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Explorertour members, acknowledge by their acceptance, that Explorertour, its suppliers, in making arrangements for tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members shall not be liable for injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
• Further its suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, traffic congestion, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, acts of God, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. Explorertour reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time for any reason.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles left on vehicles.
• We have guaranteed departures. Once you receive your confirmation you are set. We do reserve the right to alter, modify, or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of park and state agencies.
